Why the Training
The Queensland Electrical Safety Act (or
other relevant state authority) states that all persons involved in
electrical work are required to maintain their skill levels in low
voltage/switchboard rescue procedures and CPR as part of their
obligations. Employers and employees will find that our course meets
these legal requirements.
What we provide
This accredited course is designed to ensure
all participants are aware of practical skills required to perform a
safe rescue of a casualty who has received an electric shock or other
injuries while working on low voltage conductors or equipment.
Our training addresses the following topics:

· Risk assessments.

· Emergency plans.

· Low Voltage Rescue Kits.

· Rescue procedures.

· Fire Blankets.
-
· Casualty assessment including CPR.

· Burns.
-
· Incident Reports, (workplace and state authority).
What you get.
On satisfactory completion of the course
students will receive a recognised Statement of Attainment plus a wallet
card outlining the qualification.
We manage our client’s qualification in the
respect that approximately six weeks prior to their certification
expiry, if applicable, we forward a reminder notice to the participant.
We will also provide their employer with a Workplace Report outlining
staff training history.
